Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policy
- All the customers can cancel their rental reservation and receive full funds if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of pick-up, one day rental costs will be charged.
- For no shows at the time of pick-up, the full rental amount will be charged by the company.
Refund policy
- Refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving a cancellation request,
- The refund will be credit to your original payment method that was used during the reservation process.
- Additional charges such as extra services, fuel or GPS Navigation are non-refundable.
Modification policy
- Reservation modification such as rental duration or pick-up and drop of location is made at no extra cost if requested at least 24 hours before the pickup schedule.
- Modifications within 24 hours are subjected to availability and results in additional charges.
Security deposit
- A security deposit is pre-authorized on the customers credit card
- It is detected to cover the potential damages and extra charges
- The deposit will be released within 25 days after the vehicle is return to its original condition
- Customers are encouraged to review the full terms and conditions provided by RS Rent a Car before the booking process.
- Non- compliance will leads to additional penalties
- We’ve complete right to update or change these policies without prior notice. By proceeding with a reservation it’s important to agree with the terms outlined in the cancellation, refund and modification policies.
