These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our car rental services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Agreement

1.1 By renting a car from RS Rent a Car Dubai, you accept all terms outlined here and in the rental agreement provided at the time of booking.
1.2 The rental agreement must be signed before vehicle handover.

2. Driver Requirements

2.1 Drivers must hold a valid UAE driving license or an internationally accepted driving permit.
2.2 Minimum age to rent a car is 21 years for standard vehicles and 25 years for premium vehicles.
2.3 The renter is solely responsible for ensuring the driver meets legal and company requirements.

3. Payment and Deposit

3.1 Rental charges must be paid in advance.
3.2 A security deposit is required, which will be refunded after the vehicle is returned, provided no damages or violations occur.
3.3 Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, or online payment gateways.

4. Rental Period and Extensions

4.1 The rental period begins when the vehicle is handed over to the renter.
4.2 Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the contract ends. Additional charges may apply.

5. Vehicle Condition

5.1 The vehicle will be delivered in good working condition.
5.2 The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition, barring normal wear and tear.
5.3 Damages or missing items will be charged to the renter.

6. Insurance Coverage

6.1 All rental vehicles include basic insurance as per UAE regulations.
6.2 Additional coverage can be purchased at the time of booking.
6.3 Insurance does not cover reckless driving, off-road use, or damage caused under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

7. Traffic Violations

7.1 The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, toll charges (Salik), and penalties incurred during the rental period.
7.2 Any unpaid violations will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the renter directly.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start date may be eligible for a refund, minus processing fees.
8.2 Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a full rental charge.

9. Prohibited Uses

9.1 The vehicle must not be used for:

  • Illegal activities.
  • Off-road driving (unless explicitly allowed).
  • Towing or transporting goods.
    9.2 Violating these terms will void insurance coverage and may lead to additional charges.

10. Liability

10.1 RS Rent a Car Dubai is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the rental period.
10.2 RS Rent a Car Dubai is not liable for delays, accidents, or inconveniences caused by third parties or uncontrollable events.

11. Termination of Agreement

11.1 RS Rent a Car Dubai reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if terms are violated.
